For airships to be workable in the 21st Century
There are two main requirements that are imperative to the success of modern airships. The first is to be able to accomplish three point landings without the need of a ground crew. The second is to fit into the same footprint and hanger space as existing commercial aircraft. The only patented lighter-than-airship that meets these requirements and can fly in inclement weather is the Parmley AirHeLo.
1. No tail fins - This aspect gives the airship the same wind resistance at both ends during side winds. This reduces the possibility of the airship to act like a weather vane and pivoting on its center of gravity. The lack of fins on one end also reduces the movement of the front or rear of the airship from moving up or down during downdrafts.
2. Travel in both directions – If a landing target is missed in a forward direction the airship does not have to do a go-a-round to reconnect or land, thus increasing efficiency.
3. Land without a ground crew – The three point landing surfaces consisting of: the twin-hulls and the gondola eliminate the need for extra ground crew people.
4. Turbulent weather conditions – The twin cylindrical hulls are the most optimal
configuration for shedding water, snow and ice from the airship’s surfaces.
5. Twin-hulls – Reduces the overall length of the airship. The shorter the airship, the less chance of flexing and damaging the structure in poor weather conditions.
6. Hard landings - If a hard landing does occur during turbulent weather, the
passengers and cargo are protected from injury and damage by the inflated hulls touching the ground first.
7. Gondola at ground level – When landed the cargo bay is at ground level to help
expedite the removal of cargo with forklifts from both ends at the same time.
8. Water landings – The twin-hull affords the opportunity to land on the ground or
on water. This attribute gives the unit more flexibility for coastal operations.

Re: URGENT "Secure the Future"
The US has been asleep at the wheel two times, in recent history. December 7, 1941 and September 11, 2001. This caused billions of dollars in damage and thousands of lives. Each time, we had early warnings that those types of attacks would occur.
As you know, history repeats itself. This time, we are dealing with even more sinister people, that kill women and children without remorse. Terrorist now have access to nuclear weapons and have no hesitation to use them. Their plan is to destroy anyone, or anything that does not agree with their beliefs and ideology by any means possible. The US has the best multi-billion dollar weaponry in the World, to protect Our country from large scale incoming attacks, however, does little against hidden and large numbers of small powerful weapons that terrorist have access to.
There are two prime areas in this Country, that if attacked simultaneously, would create the most long-term damage and cause complete chaos Worldwide. Those areas shall remain confidential, via this letter.
We would like to present our solution to help address these issues of "Securing the Future" with the following three items we have developed over the past seven years called the "Trio of Strategic Devices". These items include, the Parmley AirHelo, PLASV and Energy Infrastructure, which can work together, or as stand alone devices. These items are highly effective and low cost to build and maintain.
A short description of each as follows:
